We will provide you with a no-fuss, simple, affordable and secure telephone system, that’s what we do.

We will work with you to provide the best telecoms fit for your business and make sure you only put in place what you need from day 1.

What is VoIP

Voice over Internet Protocol or VoIP is a telecoms service that operates over the Internet as opposed to a traditional telephone circuit (PSTN). VoIP, also known as Cloud-Telephony, is an ever-evolving service, giving telecommunications additional flexibility, greater scalability, more simplicity, advanced security and most of importantly, a cost-effective approach to business telecoms. As this service is now hosted in the cloud, it’s even easier to configure and implement, cutting the cost of hardware to almost zero. The service is so flexible that it can easily be rolled out to businesses of all shapes and sizes with minimal or no disruption.

VoIP Features

VoIP is packed full of features that you would expect from a company telephone system. On top of this, all your staff can enjoy features such as their own voicemail, call transfer, placing calls on hold & a shared directory. And that’s not all, further to this, staff can now even take their landline number with them when out of the office (mobile app required). They can even have their voicemails delivered directly to their email in an audio format to listen to on the go. This can be extremely convenient when staff are field based or out of the office regularly.

Maximise staff productivity and use shortcuts and services to speed up output and minimise errors. We can configure ‘click-to-dial’ so that your PC can interact with your telephone to dial telephone numbers for you without having to manually dial on the phone. Access a company-wide address book from a few clicks on your PC or phone.

Our telephone system can be expanded to cover multiple sites within the UK or even overseas. This can make communication with clients all over the world even easier. There are far too many features and benefits to include here, but we are certain that you will not be able to live without them moving forward.

Prices can vary immensely and depend on business requirements, but prices can start from as little as £12.50ppm per user for a basic licence. Upfront charges also depend on how you would like to purchase hardware. Contact us today and we’ll work out the costings for your telecom’s needs.
